You will greet customers, take accurate orders, process payments, and package meals with care. No formal education is required, but prior customer service experience and a can-do attitude are valued, with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service, retail, or restaurant settings is a plus.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting during peak hours (lunch, dinner, weekends).
• Attention to detail to ensure orders are accurate and well-packaged.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers over the phone and in person, answer menu questions and specials.
• Accurately take carryout orders (phone, walk-in, online) including custom requests.
• Process payments using cash, cards, and digital options.
• Prepare and package orders promptly with utensils, napkins, and sauce packets.
• Verify order accuracy before handing to customers; maintain clean carryout area.
