• Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and Excel; safety emphasis.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate vehicle transport requests from initial order qualification through carrier payment.
• Review order details and prepare pricing for vehicle transport quote requests using established tools, market information, and SOPs.
• Source, evaluate, and assign qualified carriers per qualification guidelines.
• Manage transport orders from pickup through delivery with focus on safety, efficiency, profitability, and service.
• Maintain communication with carriers, customers, and internal teams (Account Management, Operations, Safety, Accounting).
• Uphold and enhance Auto Driveaway’s reputation through professionalism and exceptional service.

We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Carrier Transport Coordinator to join our team. Role and Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate vehicle transport requests from initial order qualification through carrier payment.
• Review order details and prepare pricing for vehicle transport quote requests using established tools, market information, and standard operating procedures.
• Source, evaluate, and assign qualified carriers in accordance with Auto Driveaway’s carrier qualification guidelines.
• Manage vehicle transport orders from pickup through delivery with a focus on safety, compliance, efficiency, profitability, and customer service.
• Maintain communication with carriers, customers, Account Management, Operations, Safety, and Accounting personnel.
• Uphold and enhance Auto Driveaway’s reputation through professionalism, reliability, communication, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
• Direct experience in carrier management, transportation operations, dispatch, or freight brokerage preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong financial acumen, sense of urgency, self-motivation, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office Suite, and Excel; strong commitment to safety and customer service.
• Valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
