Job summary

Prevailance, Inc. is seeking a Senior Training Subject Matter Expert with Joint or Navy ICO/JICO experience to support the SGITR East program at Commander, Carrier Strike Group FOUR in Norfolk, VA.

Travel will be required for pre-deployment training, MTDL planning, and COP/CTP integration across CSGs, ARGs, and IDs. The ideal candidate brings strong operational experience in MTA/MTN planning, TDL architecture, interoperability, and fleet training support, along with the ability to advise,

Qualifications

• Navy ICO or JICO qualification required (A-2G-0114).
• CSG/ARG experience as STO/IP/EMO/ADO with ICO is desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years in MTA planning, MTN, COP/CTP interoperability, and DEP/JDEP.
• Experience with TDL architecture planning and integration; interoperability and network monitoring; CDLM usage.
• Ability to analyze operations and deliver technical training and briefings.
• Physically capable of embarking Navy/Marine vessels.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (CONUS/OCONUS).
• Must possess and maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide MTA planning and pre-deployment training for CSGs, ARGs, and IDs.
• Develop and deliver TDL, COP, and CTP training plans, briefs, and updates.
• Review operational tasking messages and provide compliance recommendations.
• Observe and assess JICO/ICO/TDC operations during training events.
• Provide real-time feedback to improve interoperability and mission readiness.
• Contribute to hot-wash sessions and AARs with observations and recommendations.
• Review technical documentation and courseware; suggest improvements.
• Deliver classroom instruction and stakeholder briefings on MTA/MTN/COP/CTP.
• Provide remote support for TDL, COP, and CTP issues.
• Develop and execute Mobile Training Team events (Link operations, TWDE, CVW).
• Participate in meetings, conferences, and working groups with technical briefings.
