Job summary

Valkyrie Enterprises seeks a Military Systems Analyst/JICO in Norfolk, VA. The role applies advanced technical and tactical expertise to exercise controlling agencies and analyze interoperability issues for Strike Group training.

The candidate will develop and implement training plans for TDL/COP/CTP, coordinate training support, and ensure effective warfare curricula delivery, under the SGITR program. Active Secret clearance and US citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with extensive experience as Navy Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO).
• Excellent communications skills, both oral and written, capable of briefing at senior levels.
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain security clearance.
• Must have a valid US Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical and tactical expertise to exercise controllers and analyze interoperability issues.
• Offer feedback and lessons learned on interoperability to controlling agencies.
• Provide warfare curriculum C4I instruction and training.
• Develop and implement SG interoperability training plans and coordinate training support.
• Create and manage training plans for TDL/COP/CTP related to interoperability for Carrier Strike Groups.
