Summary

The Carrier Sales Representative plays a key role within the Road US brokerage team, responsible for sourcing, securing, and managing carrier capacity to support DSV’s freight operations. This position builds and maintains strong carrier partnerships to deliver superior service, competitive pricing, and reliable transportation solutions for our customers. Physical Demands

This position is primarily performed in an office‑based environment and involves extended periods of sitting while using a computer, telephone, and other standard office equipment. The role requires frequent verbal communication and listening when interacting with carriers, drivers, customers, and internal team members, both in person and by telephone. The employee will regularly use their hands and fingers for typing, operating computer equipment, and handling documents. Occasional standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting or carrying items weighing up to 15 pounds may be required. Specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to adjust focus when working with computer systems, documents, and other materials.

Work Environment

This position is performed in a collaborative, fast‑paced office environment with regular interaction and communication with team members, carriers, drivers, customers, and other internal and external partners. Base pay range

For this position, the expected base pay range is $47,000.00 – $64,000.00 Annual. Actual compensation will be determined based on job‑related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
