Carrier Sales is an entry-level position with no college degree required. Compensation is $23.00–$25.00 per hour, with a path to salary plus commission based on performance, and benefits including

• Promotion path to salary w/ commission based role after meeting performance-based benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Maintain strong and profitable relationships with truckload carriers and suppliers throughout North America using Circle’s history with over 100,000 trucking companies
• Dispatch carriers on customer orders, ensuring all requirements are relayed to our partners
• Ensure enhanced visibility initiatives are prioritized
• Positively and proactively communicate potential issues/escalations to the appropriate parties
• Work together with a team of your peers to ensure we provide No-Fail service to every customer
