Job summary

Fortinet Germany is seeking a Systems Engineer for Carrier/MSSP to support pre-sales activities, demonstrate Fortinet solutions, and drive PoCs across MSSP accounts. You will work with sales to articulate technical value and guide customers from discovery through implementation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in pre-sales support with proven success.
• Expert level knowledge in networking and network security.
• Excellent communication and ability to interface with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Understand Fortinet portfolio and demonstrate technical and business value.
• Serve as SME for Carrier/MSSPs and manage domain use cases and integrations.
• Create sales opportunities, qualify leads, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Lead technical sales engagements from queries to PoCs and demos.
• Provide architecture guidance and best-practice recommendations for opportunities.
• Maintain technical relationships with MSSP/Carrier accounts and coordinate with support and engineering.
• Collaborate with CSEs, Solution Architects, and partners on complex opportunities.
