Cross Family of Agencies welcomes you in Bangor, Maine. We need your talent and expertise to support our incoming call group and Zendesk ticket system. The role involves routing calls, assisting with licenses, and helping with agent login and appointment requests with a community-focused insurer.

Responsibilities

• Member of incoming call group which responds to and distributes incoming calls to the respective departments / employees.
• Member of the Zendesk ticket system: Responding to ticket requests as assigned by the coordinator
• Responding to carrier requests for agent and agency licenses as assigned by the licensing and contracting coordinator.
• Support for: Agent Terminations of logins and appointments
• Resolve appointment and login issues
• New and existing agent appointment and login requests

Compensation

Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $18–$22 hourly. Actual compensation will be based on factors including location, skills, experience, and internal equity.
