Job summary

OneCompass Holdings is seeking a Carrier Compliance & Risk Specialist to oversee onboarding and ongoing compliance within TMS and third-party platforms, including Highway. You will review carrier profiles, risk indicators, and documentation to determine eligibility and maintain audit-ready records aligned with FMCSA regulations and internal policies.

The role emphasizes risk analysis, fraud prevention, and clear communication across internal teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end carrier onboarding and ongoing compliance within the TMS and third-party risk management platforms, including Highway.
• Review carrier profiles, documentation, and risk indicators to determine compliance eligibility.
• Perform continuous risk analysis of the carrier base with emphasis on fraud prevention and cargo theft mitigation.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation aligned with FMCSA regulations, insurance requirements, and internal policies.
• Communicate carrier status, approvals, and compliance issues to internal teams.
• Perform follow-ups with carriers and third parties to obtain required documentation and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide guidance related to carrier clearance processes and system navigation.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews, contract audits, and compliance validations.
• Develop and maintain SOPs related to carrier compliance and onboarding.
• Monitor and maintain carrier scorecards.
• Identify, investigate, and escalate non-compliance issues and discrepancies.
• Document findings and recommendations regarding carrier relationships.
