You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong carrier relationships while supporting the sales and operations teams.
Qualifications
- The drive to actively source, negotiate, and grow carrier partnerships that support business growth and align with company financial targets

- A proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with carrier dispatchers and internal teams
- Accuracy and efficiency in dispatching loads, completing administrative duties, and updating tools like our transportation management system in a timely manner
- Strong problem‑solving skills to proactively identify potential issues, create solutions, and elevate when necessary
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence to negotiate rates and influence outcomes
- A results‑oriented approach, demonstrated through meeting daily targets for quotes, pre‑calls, and tenders, as well as driving year‑over‑year carrier growth
- Self‑motivation and accountability—your job isn’t done until the job is done

Compensation Structure
