Carrier Capacity Representative – Reefer Division

Dynamic Connections, an award‑winning third‑party logistics provider, is seeking a proactive, driven individual to build and maintain strong carrier relationships while supporting our sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong carrier relationships while supporting the sales and operations teams.

Qualifications

• The drive to actively source, negotiate, and grow carrier partnerships that support business growth and align with company financial targets
• A customer‑first mindset—working hand‑in‑hand with sales and operations to deliver best‑in‑class service
• A proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with carrier dispatchers and internal teams
• Accuracy and efficiency in dispatching loads, completing administrative duties, and updating tools like our transportation management system in a timely manner
• Strong problem‑solving skills to proactively identify potential issues, create solutions, and elevate when necessary
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence to negotiate rates and influence outcomes
• A results‑oriented approach, demonstrated through meeting daily targets for quotes, pre‑calls, and tenders, as well as driving year‑over‑year carrier growth
• Self‑motivation and accountability—your job isn’t done until the job is done
