Job summary

Transforming Age in Lincoln, NE is seeking Servers/Wait Staff to join our dining services at Carriage Glen. You will deliver meals, set tables, and ensure residents enjoy an extraordinary dining experience with friendly, attentive service.

Ideal candidates are people oriented, able to read the menu and assist with questions. Must be at least 16 (18 in some locations), fluent in English, and hold a current food handlers permit.

• Familiar with the menu to answer residents' questions.
• Able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must have a current food handlers permit.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an extraordinary dining experience for residents.
• Help set tables, maintaining high standards for cleanliness and presentation.
• Keep the food and beverage area organized and fully-stocked.
• Help residents with any meal service assistance they might request or require.
• Greet guests, inform them of specials and changes; answer questions and make suggestions.
• Process resident orders to ensure items are served promptly.
• Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age and our Affiliates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Our Servers/Wait Staff team are a valued and integral part of our Dining Services team, offering great support and customer service to our residents and providing them with enjoyable meals and conversation. Our Servers/Wait Staff:

What you need to Succeed!
