Job summary

Transforming Age's Carriage Glen in Lincoln, NE is seeking Servers/Wait Staff to support our dining services team and deliver exceptional dining experiences for residents. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy people, are in school, and want opportunities for growth within a team that values you.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age (18 in some locations).
• Be familiar with the menu to answer residents' questions.
• Able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must have a current food handler's permit.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an extraordinary dining experience for residents.
• Set tables with high standards for cleanliness and presentation.
• Keep the food and beverage area organized and fully stocked.
• Assist residents with meal service as requested.
• Greet guests, inform about specials, answer questions and make suggestions.
• Process resident orders to ensure timely service.
• Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age and affiliates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Our Servers/Wait Staff team are a valued and integral part of our Dining Services team, offering great support and customer service to our residents and providing them with enjoyable meals and conversation. • Greet guests, informing them of specials and changes; answering questions and making suggestions

• Perform other duties as assigned.
