Job summary

Transforming Age's Carriage Glen in Lincoln, NE, is seeking Servers/Wait Staff who enjoy working with residents and delivering friendly, attentive service. You will join a caring dining team supporting residents with meals and conversation, greet guests, answer questions, and help ensure timely service while maintaining clean, inviting dining spaces.

The role offers opportunities for growth and teamwork within a community that values residents, colleagues, and a positive atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (18 in some locations).
• Be familiar with the menu for each meal to answer residents' questions.
• Able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must have a current food handlers permit.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an extraordinary dining experience for our incredibleresidents!
• Help set tables, maintaining high standards for cleanliness and presentation.
• Keep the food and beverage area organized and fully-stocked
• Help residents with any meal service assistance they might request or require
• Greet guests, informing them of specials and changes; answering questions and making suggestions
• Process resident orders to ensure items are served promptly
• Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age and our Affiliates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
