Baylor Management is seeking a full-time Carpenter / Maintenance Technician to join our rapid-growing property management team. This role combines skilled carpentry with general maintenance for commercial and residential properties, serving tenants with a professional approach.

The ideal candidate has strong maintenance experience, good customer service, and a reliable work ethic. On-site position with weekday hours and some weekends/on-call duties; company vehicle provided may be included for

• Experience in carpentry and general maintenance required.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Carpenter / Maintenance Technician to join our rapidly growing commercial and residential property management team. This position is ideal for an individual with strong maintenance experience, excellent customer service skills, and a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs
• Complete carpentry work and minor plumbing and electrical repairs/installations
• Handle miscellaneous repair tasks as assigned
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas
• Perform litter control and property clean-up duties
• Interact professionally with commercial, medical, and residential tenants on a daily basis
• Respond to occasional weekend and on-call maintenance needs
