Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic math skills and ability to apply techniques to select equipment.
• Basic computer skills to report daily activity.
• 1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred.
• IICRC certifications (e.g., CCT) preferred.
• Opportunities to advance into WRT, AMRT, ASD, MRS, FSRT.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpet and floor cleaning and restoration services offered by the company.
• Complete cleaning and restoration documentation and authorizations.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Inspect completed work and maintain tools and supplies.
