Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Fort Mill is seeking a Cleaning & Restoration Technician to deliver high-quality residential and commercial cleaning and restoration services. You will work with advanced equipment, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure customer satisfaction while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or GED).
• Basic math skills and ability to apply techniques to determine equipment needs.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use email and devices to report daily activity.
• 1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred or related cleaning.
• IICRC certifications are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform Carpet & Floor Cleaning and Restoration services offered by the company.
• Complete cleaning documentation and authorizations.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work and maintain inventory of tools and supplies.
• Learn and work with the newest equipment and technology.
