Job summary

Rainbow Restoration is seeking a Carpet Cleaning Technician to provide carpet, tile, upholstery, and air duct cleaning for residential and commercial customers across our South Carolina territory.

This role requires self-motivation, reliability, and excellent customer service, with travel and a valid driver’s license. You will operate state-of-the-art equipment and follow IICRC standards to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a drug test and extensive background screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial carpet, tile, grout, upholstery, and air duct cleaning services.
• Respond to restoration, remediation, sanitation, and specialty cleaning jobs according to standards and processes.
• Apply stain removal, odor mitigation, and specialty cleaning treatments.
• Utilize advanced cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Communicate with customers regarding scope of work and documentation.
• Document all job-related information for costing and operations.
