Job summary

IICRC is seeking a dedicated cleaning technician in Nashville to perform floor care, carpet and upholstery cleaning, and general maintenance. You will also assist with emergency calls when needed and manage equipment and supplies.

Ideal candidates are hardworking, self-motivated, and hold a valid driver's license; lifting up to 75 pounds is required, with opportunities for growth in a hands-on field service role.

Qualifications

• Maintains and reports daily on truck maintenance and chemical use.
• Reports any broken equipment.
• Hard-working, friendly, and self-motivated.
• Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Stripping, waxing, scrubbing, and buffing floors, tile and grout, upholstery and cleaning carpets.
• Assist with emergency calls as needed.
• Maintain all cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Keep supplies neatly on truck and in warehouse.
• Able to carry and lift up to 75 pounds.
