Job summary

All American Water Restoration, Inc. is seeking a Carpet Cleaning Technician to respond to emergency mitigation requests. You will use specialized equipment to treat carpets, tile, and upholstery, while maintaining tools and documenting results.

The role requires on-call availability nights and weekends, strong customer service, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. A valid driver’s license and a clean background are required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Use equipment to remove stains, dirt, and allergens from carpet, tile, grout, LVT, and upholstery surfaces.
• Maintain and monitor cleaning equipment and vehicles.
• Conduct moisture readings and assessments.
• Create and implement drying plans.
• Follow IICRC S500 and S520 guidelines.
• Maintain photographic and written documentation.
• Warehouse organization and maintenance.

Job Duties

• .Use specialized equipment to remove stains, dirt, and allergens on various surfaces like carpet, tile, grout, LVT and upholstery.
• Maintaining and monitoring equipment and vehicles
• Conducting moisture readings and assessments
• Creating and implementing drying plans
• Following best practices and all IICRC S500 and S520 guidelines
• Maintaining photographic and written documentation
• Warehouse organization and maintenance

Job Requirements
