This position primarily operates in Polk County, Florida, with additional work in adjacent counties. We are currently constructing an office building in Winter Haven, Florida, where supplies and support are located.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all carpet cleaning and restoration services offered by the company, with compensation reflecting skill level and certifications such as water mitigation, mold, trauma scene, and asbestos removal.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment and vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work and complete daily logs, work orders, and restoration documentation.
• Maintain tools, materials, supplies, and inventory for company vehicles and operations.

Qualifications:

• Experience with carpet cleaning companies and the APEX 570 or mounted truck cleaning machines.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic math skills and proficiency with computers, email, and portable devices.
• Certifications in water mitigation, mold, etc., are a bonus but not required.
