Qualifications

• 1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred.
• Certificates from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) preferred but not required.
• Basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices.

Responsibilities

• Perform Carpet & Floor Cleaning and Restoration services.
• Complete appropriate cleaning and restoration documentation.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment and vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
