Note: Out of state paid training required (week of March 24th) to familiarize yourself with Voda systems, services and processes. All travel expenses will be covered.

Job Summary: Assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company’s obligations through the timely and effective delivery of restoration services.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Education: High school diploma (or GED).
2. Mathematical Skills: Adequate math skills. Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units.
3. Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
4. Experience: 1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred, and/or some form of specialty cleaning (i.e. Stripping & Waxing Commercial Space Flooring, Air Duct Cleaning, Tile and Grout Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, etc.).
5. 3-5 years of Restoration experience required.
6. Highly Desired: Certificates from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) preferred but not required.

1. Effectively perform Carpet & Floor Cleaning and Restoration services.
2. Complete appropriate cleaning and restoration documentation and authorizations.
3. Communicate effectively with customers.
4. Perform basic equipment maintenance.
5. Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
6. Inspect completed work.
7. Complete the technician’s daily log.
8. Complete Work Orders.
9. Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
10. Maintain inventory of related supplies.
11. Willing to learn and work with the newest equipment and technology in the industry.
12. Willing to hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards.
