Job summary

Creative MultiCare, a leading provider of carpet care services for rental homes and multi-family properties in Jacksonville, seeks enthusiastic carpet care technicians. You will perform carpet cleanings, restorations, repairs, and water extractions, and you’ll help with inspections and customer interactions.

The role requires physical stamina, valid Florida driver's license, ability to pass background check, English proficiency, and willingness to work Monday–Friday with weekend/on-call

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dedicated carpet care experience.
• Ability to perform carpet cleanings and repairs independently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to train and adapt to new techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpet cleaning, restoration, and water extraction.
• Inspect pre-cleaning surfaces and plan appropriate treatment.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain safety standards.
• Document work performed and communicate with customers.
• Maintain equipment and vehicle in good condition.
