Closets By Design is seeking an Installer in Virginia to join our team. The role involves installing custom closets and cabinets in customer homes. Job Responsibilities

• Install custom closets and cabinets at customer homes.
• Follow basic drawings or instructions to assist with setup.
• Use hand and power tools safely (training provided).
• Measure, cut, and fit materials with guidance from lead carpenter.
• Assist with mounting shelves and leveling parts.
• Keep job sites clean and organized during and after installation.
• Operate company vehicles and tools safely to maintain a high quality, productive, and profitable workflow.
• Communicate professional and friendly customer interactions to ensure client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Customer oriented, friendly, and enthusiastic.
• Reliable, punctual with a strong work ethic.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $45,000–$85,000 per year plus commission.
