Closets by Design is hiring a Carpentry Installer Assistant in Minneapolis, MN. You will assist Installers with installing custom closets and related products, maintain a safe and productive work site, and operate company vehicles and tools as needed.

The role emphasizes customer service and craftsmanship, with a focus on safety and efficiency. We value motivated, organized individuals with good communication skills and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain current driver’s license and good driving record.
• Experience with closet, garage, or office installation preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong personal organization skills.

Carpentry Installer Assistant assist Installers with installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive, and profitable fashion. Demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion. Operate company vehicle, tools, etc. in a safe manner.
