Closets by Design is hiring a Carpentry Install Assistant in Maryland Heights for a full-time role. You will assist Installers with installation of custom closets and home organization products, operating the company vehicle and tools safely while maintaining high quality workmanship and customer service.

The position offers paid training, health insurance, paid holidays and PTO, weekday schedule (Monday–Friday), and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong personal organization skills.
• Possess and maintain current driver’s license and good driving record.
• Experience with closet, garage, or office installation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Installers with installation of products in a safe, high quality, productive manner.
• Operate company vehicle and tools safely.
• Communicate with clients in a friendly, professional way to ensure customer satisfaction.
