Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's preferred.
• Virginia License or eligibility to obtain with Trade & Industry endorsement required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Adapts classroom work to provide students with instructional materials addressing individualized learning plans.
• Administers developmental testing programs and assessments to gauge student progress.
• Advises parents/guardians on student progress and ways to support learning at home.
• Collaborates with staff, parents and community resources to improve student outcomes.
• Directs staff and volunteers to support classroom program and address student needs.

Education
