Job summary

The role requires strong communication, planning, and hands-on leadership to ensure on-time completion within budget.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment, tools and materials to promote safe, efficient and timely construction.
• Ensure construction equipment is operated and maintained correctly.
• Maintain accurate reporting records including job quantities, productivity, time sheets and daily management reports.
• Assist in developing weekly schedule and sequence of activities for assigned crew.
• Complete work within estimated costs while upholding quality workmanship.
• Ensure safety of crew and conduct operations per safety rules.
• Lead toolbox talks and communicate safety concerns, work scope, and schedules.
• Monitor compliance with company policies.
