Job summary

Grand Industrial is seeking a hands-on Industrial Construction Foreman to lead crews on industrial and commercial projects across Indiana. On smaller jobs you’ll work with your crew; on larger ones you’ll focus on planning, scheduling, coordination, quality control, and crew leadership.

You’ll supervise carpentry, concrete, doors, finishes, read blueprints, enforce safety, coordinate subcontractors, and report daily progress to Project Managers. Company vehicle provided.

• Experience leading industrial or construction crews.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.

• Maintain quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Complete daily reports, timesheets, and project documentation.

Grand Industrial and our Lebanon & Delphi, Indiana locations is seeking a hands-onIndustrial Construction Foremanto lead crews on industrial and commercial construction projects throughout Indiana and surrounding areas.
This is aworking leadership role. On smaller projects, you will work alongside your crew performing the work. On larger projects, you will focus on planning, scheduling, coordination, quality control, and crew leadership.
Company vehicle provided for qualifying candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Lead industrial and commercial construction crews
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture

• Work directly with Project Managers to keep projects on schedule
• Maintain quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Complete daily reports, timesheets, and project documentation

Qualifications:

• Experience in industrial, commercial, or construction environments
• Previous experience as a Foreman, Lead Carpenter, Crew Leader, Supervisor, or similar leadership role
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
