You will manage carpentry, drywall, and finishing activities, read blueprints and plans, ensure safety standards, and maintain project documentation. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a foreman carpenter in commercial construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
• Strong carpentry knowledge and finishing skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to project locations.
• Physical strength and stamina.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate carpentry, framing, drywall, and finishing activities.
• Lead carpenters, assign tasks, ensure on-time completion.
• Read blueprints, verify dimensions and elevations.
• Ensure safety compliance and conduct toolbox talks.
• Document progress and material usage.
