Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in managerial functions related to building maintenance, construction, and renovation of OSB state-owned buildings.
• Assist in administration of contracts for construction and maintenance to ensure contractors comply with specifications.
• Oversee repair, alteration, or maintenance of architectural items in OSB buildings.
• Inspect buildings and plans to estimate costs of repairs or construction.
• Maintain communications with Facility Maintenance Manager about problems and future requirements.
• Conduct safety meetings to ensure compliance with safety rules.
• Interview applicants, advise on personnel actions, and assist with training and promotions.
• Attend required trainings and perform duties as assigned by management.
