Swift Staffing in Catonsville, MD is seeking a Carpentry Apprentice to work alongside lead carpenters on residential construction projects. This direct-hire position offers hands-on learning and a chance to develop core carpentry skills while contributing to project tasks.

The role requires reliable, detail-oriented individuals who can lift 50–75 pounds, pass a background check and drug test, and commit to a 7:00 am–4:30 pm schedule with occasional overtime.

Qualificações

• Experience with hand tools and carpentry work.
• Ability to read and perform basic math.
• Excellent eye for detail and surroundings.
• Reliable, dependable, professional and trustworthy.
• Able to lift 50–75 pounds.
• Willingness to meet deadlines and be efficient.
• Good communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–4:30 pm with some overtime.
• Able to pass background check and drug test.

Responsabilidades

• Bring hand tools to work daily.
• Set up and tear down work stations daily.
• Maintain an organized and clean job site.
• Assist lead in multi-trade jobs.
• Measure and cut drywall, wood, siding, tile accurately.
• Perform demolition safely and carefully.
