Job summary

IAP World Services, an Intrepid Global Solutions company, is seeking a skilled Carpenter to maintain woodwork and equipment across defense-related facilities. You will plan work from blueprints, prepare layouts, and select materials to ensure high-quality repairs and installations.

Qualified candidates have a High School diploma, 5+ years as a craft worker, and may require certification. A Top Secret SCI W/ CI Poly clearance is required for this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of related experience as a craft worker.
• Certification in assigned area may be required.
• Consideration will be given to relevant professional experience commensurate with assignment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain woodwork and equipment in good repair.
• Plan and lay out work from blueprints, drawings, models, or verbal instructions.
• Use carpenter's hand tools, portable power tools and standard measuring instruments.
• Select materials necessary for the work.
