Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and specifications and base decisions on them.
• Knowledge of carpentry principles, methods, and installation techniques.
• Proficiency in safe use of trade tools including hand and power tools and forklifts.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction and installation activities as directed.
• Complete advanced carpentry tasks with quality workmanship on buildings and structures.
• Install foundations, walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs using wood, metal, or composites.
• Fit window frames, doors, trims, and hardware to specification.
• Erect scaffolding and ladders for assembly at various heights.
• Read blueprints and orders to determine methods and materials.
