Job summary

Podium Finish Carpentry is a commercial construction partner specializing in finish carpentry, drywall, framing, and tenant improvements. We work alongside general contractors, property managers, and national brands to deliver high-quality construction solutions across a variety of project types.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of commercial drywall finishing experience.
• Experience with drywall taping, finishing, sanding, patching, and surface preparation.
• Ability to produce Level 4 and Level 5 drywall finishes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and finish schedules.
• Proficiency with drywall finishing tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, quality workmanship, and time management skills.
• Ability and willingness to work95% night shift work, including overnight schedules and extended hours as required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work on ladders, scaffolding, stilts, and other elevated surfaces.
