Job summary

Satoree is seeking a skilled Carpenter with the ability to occasionally assist as Site Supervisor. You will perform framing, door/window/cabinet installation, and finishing work on residential construction projects.

The role includes coordinating with project teams, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality while upholding safety standards. A high school diploma and carpentry experience are required, with preferred certifications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Carpenter with varied carpentry tasks.
• Experience in site supervision or leadership roles.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform framing, installing doors and windows, installing cabinets, and finishing work.
• Assist with project planning and coordination to meet timelines and budgets.
• Occasionally supervise construction teams to achieve objectives.
• Monitor progress, address issues, adjust schedules as needed.
• Inspect work in progress and upon completion for quality and specs.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members.
• Maintain records of materials used, work performed, and expenses.
• Promote safety and enforce regulations on site.
• Communicate project updates to clients and managers.
