One Southern Indiana is seeking a dependable Carpenter's Apprentice for our custom woodworking team in Louisville, KY. This entry-level role offers hands-on training in building and installing doors, cabinets, casework, mouldings, and other architectural woodwork.

You will assist experienced carpenters, learn measuring, cutting, and assembling wood components, and safely use hand and power tools under supervision. A willingness to learn, strong attention to detail, and reliability are essential.

Formación

• No professional carpentry experience required; training will be provided.
• Interest in carpentry, cabinetmaking, millwork, or construction.
• Basic familiarity with hand and power tools is helpful.
• Willingness to learn and accept instruction.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with others.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Physical Requirements

This is a physically demanding position. Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods; bend, kneel, climb, push, and pull; and regularly lift and carry heavy or bulky materials. Work will take place in both shop and job-site environments and may involve dust, noise, and changing temperatures.
