Job summary

Arrow Service Team in North Dakota is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our Reconstruction Team. You will perform finish and general carpentry on restoration projects and read work orders and blueprints.

We offer competitive pay based on experience, fully paid on-the-job training, company vehicle, paid vacation and holidays, health and other benefits, and opportunities for advancement. Typical hours are 6:30am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of carpentry experience preferred.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform finish and general carpentry tasks on restoration projects.
• Install trim, doors, cabinets, countertops, insulation, and wall paneling.
• Read work orders and blueprints.
• Complete punch-list items and ensure high-quality finishes.
• Maintain a clean, safe job site.
• Assist with framing, flooring, drywall, windows, and other reconstruction tasks as needed.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, approximately 42–46 hours per week.
• Hours: 6:30am (occasionally) or 7:30am (typically) to 5:00pm.
  
• Occasional travel and overnight stays (hotel and per diem provided).
• Rotating after-hours on-call schedule once trained.
