Position Overview

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Carpenter to join our residential remodeling team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field, building things the right way, and being part of a team that values quality over shortcuts. You'll work alongside experienced carpenters, project leadership, and trade partners to support framing and general carpentry work on residential remodel projects. This is a field-focused role with clear direction and support - not a management position.

What You'll Do
