ServiceMaster DSI is seeking a full-time lead carpenter for year-round work with comprehensive benefits. The role covers remodeling tasks from patches and paint to complete home rebuilds, with overtime and a daily vehicle stipend.

A pay range starts at $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience, trade knowledge, and location. We value skilled tradesmen who can work independently and with teams, provide their own tools, and pass a background check and drug screen.

• Remodeling experience required.

Salary Range: Starts at $25 - $35 Hourly, depending on experience and trade knowledge

The Position: We are looking for a full time skilled Tradesman with remodeling experience (Drywallers, Painters, Tile, Flooring, Carpenters, Mechanical). The more skills you have the more we can offer you. We work on anything from a small patch and paint to a complete home rebuild. With our consistent workload, great leaders and well-rounded team members, this is a highly sought-after opportunity for you to find a permanent home.

The pay range we are offering starts at $25-$35 an hour, along with a daily vehicle stipend for travel expenses. Six major holidays are paid off and you will accrue PTO as you work plus a Floating Holiday. Overtime is paid at 40+ and Double time after 60+. We are a growing company and there are advancement opportunities. Tradesmen are only working on construction phases, not water mitigation.
