Primary Responsibilities and Duties

• Construct and repair structural woodwork and equipment in yards, industrial, and commercial properties.
• Work with materials such as wood, plastic, fiberglass, or drywall.
• Use chisels, planes, saws, drills, and sanders to repair and erect structures.
• Estimate sizes, distances, quantities, and determine time, costs, resources, or materials needed.
• Inspect subordinate’s work for compliance, identify deficiencies, and take corrective actions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Knowledge of tools and skills required for the position.
• Ability to understand, follow, and communicate instructions effectively.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and layout tools safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Experience with vertical formwork and drainage structures.
• Ability to move about the site, standing, walking, kneeling, etc.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to climb ladders, scaffolds, and work in confined spaces.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Possession of required tools and possibly a U.S. driver’s license.
• Compliance with safety and project rules, and pass drug testing.
