Elder Construction Inc. is seeking a Carpenter I to perform hands‑on carpentry under supervision, building foundational skills in plan reading, layout, and material handling. You will support self‑perform work and assist other trades as needed, maintaining safety and quality on site.

The role emphasizes accurate measurements, tool use, and teamwork to contribute to project flow and success. A valid US driver’s license and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Carpenter on commercial construction projects.
• Good understanding of carpentry or related field.
• Knowledge and safe use of basic hand/power tools.
• Understand material and tool requirements of daily tasks.
• Competent in installation of door hardware, drywall hanging and finish.
• Ability to interpret plan and layout of framing and cabinets.
• Must have a current and valid United States Driver’s License.
• Competent written and verbal communication skills.
