Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years carpentry experience.
• Trade or technical school certification preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Study blueprints and plans to determine material needs.
• Set up trailers and temporary structures.
• Build decks, stairs, roofs, and install shelves.
• Erect forms and assist with grading and elevations.
• Unload and stockpile prefabricated materials.
• Perform concrete and rough carpentry work.
• Collaborate with team and adapt to diverse environments.
• Follow erosion control plans and safety guidelines.
