• 3+ years of carpentry in commercial/residential work.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and work independently.
• Committed to safety, punctuality, and quality craftsmanship.
• Must live within 40 miles of Monroeville, OH.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled carpentry from layout to finish.
• Interpret blueprints and follow project specs.
• Build stairs, mantels, cabinets, and forms.
• Install doors, windows, partitions, ceilings, and molding.
• Measure and cut materials with hand/power tools.
• Ensure work meets code using levels and plumb bobs.
• Maintain safe, clean job sites and follow safety procedures.
• Coordinate with leads/foremen for accurate execution.
• Assist with project documentation and material handling.
