Paul Davis Restoration of Milwaukee is looking for a professional, hardworking, and reliable individual to assist project managers with the completion of restoration and remodeling projects by completing carpentry, general laborer, or punch-list items, as requested. This is a vital role in our company, and we are seeking the best candidates for it.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform carpentry and other construction-related work
  • Be knowledgeable about building products, new products, building technologies, etc.
  • Ensure safety on-site and at the office
  • Communicate effectively with management and customers
  • Maintain & obtain additional IICRC certifications, when requested
  • Follow safety practices including PPE use
  • Perform mitigation services during CAT situations
  • Assist with other activities as requested by project managers or estimating staff
  • Provide excellent customer service to maintain a high NPS score
  • Maintain efficiency in work and store trips
  • Review electronic job folders and internal surveys to meet service standards
  • Adhere to company policies, laws, and safety regulations
  • Communicate courteously with customers
  • Represent the company professionally, avoiding profanity and harassment
  • Keep company equipment and vehicles in good condition
  • Wear a company uniform when representing the company
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or higher
  • At least 2 years of related experience
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stand for long periods
Licenses and Certifications
  • Valid driver's license
  • Water, Fire & Smoke, Carpet Cleaning, and Applied Structural Drying IICRC certifications preferred; training provided if needed
Additional Details

Reports to: Project Manager

Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday-Friday, with overtime as needed
