Job Requirements:

• Strong work ethic, professional appearance, and demeanor
• Knowledge of Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, Drywalling, and light Plumbing and Electrical
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills

Specific Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter/Craftsman; estimation skills and home inspection experience preferred
• Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing tasks
• Own tools for all trades
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Documentation and invoicing skills
• Pass background check and drug screen

Compensation: $31.00 - $33.00 per hour.
