Qualifications

• Previous experience as a carpenter on commercial construction projects.
• Strong skillset in framing, formwork, layout assistance, and installation of building materials.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, measurements, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding field environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform various carpentry tasks including framing, formwork, and finish work.
• Ensure work aligns with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Help maintain a safe, hazard-free work environment.
• Lead small crews and oversee installation quality for experienced carpenters.
