Job summary

Resource Options, Inc. (ROI) seeks skilled carpenters for construction projects in the greater Boston area, performing framing, finish work, door installation and blueprints. Positions include rough, trim/finish and framing carpentry with emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork.

OSHA 10 is preferred; strong references and reliable transportation are required. Willingness to work 40 hours per week and overtime as needed is essential.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Previous commercial or residential construction experience required.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week.
• Overtime availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Punch list tasks; wall patching, door replacements and cabinet repair.
• Constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures of wood, plywood and wallboard.
• Rough carpenters: framing, forms, blocking, backing, decking, doors, windows and siding.
• Trim/finish carpenters: baseboards, crown molding, architectural trim and related finish packages.
• Framing carpenters: framing and roof truss components, reading blueprints, using hand and power tools.
