Job Details

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a foreman/ carpenter or similar leadership role within the construction industry.
• Proven experience as a skilled carpenter with knowledge of construction methods, tools, and equipment.
• Experience in retail construction projects is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively under pressure.
• Good understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with team members, clients, and suppliers.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a certification in a skilled trade (carpentry) or relevant field is a plus.
• Physical stamina and dexterity; the ability to lift heavy objects and work in varying weather conditions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must being willing and able to travel!
