Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in commercial or residential construction.
• Ability to work a 40-hour week with overtime as needed.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Excellent references confirming reliability and quality.
• Ability to read blueprints and use tools for accurate install.

Responsibilities

• Finish carpentry including trim, baseboards, crown molding, and finish packages.
• Rough carpentry: framing, forms, blocking, and backing per specs.
• Demolition work for renovations or build-outs as needed.
• Install roof trusses and wood/metal framing per plans and codes.
• Read blueprints and use tools to guide layout and installation.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites.
